What we collect
Paytide collects account identity from Clerk (your name, email, and profile image), payment metadata from Stripe (amounts, payer names and messages, payment intent IDs, never card numbers), and application records in Convex (handles, pay links, payment history).
How we use it
We use this information to process payments, run the merchant dashboard, and debug issues. We do not sell or share data with advertising or analytics partners.
Sharing
Stripe processes card data directly, and Paytide never sees it. Clerk handles authentication. No other third parties receive your data.
Your rights
Email privacy@paytide.co.uk to request export or deletion of your data.
Cookies
We use two categories of cookies, all strictly necessary: session cookies from Clerk (sign-in) and payment session cookies from Stripe (checkout). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
